Baco Noir

Baco Noir pioneered locally by Umpqua Valley Vintner, Phil Girardet, is ripe with plum, blackberry and cherry.   Black fruit leaps from the first taste like a turbo-charged Pinot Noir moving to spicy clove and cinnamon.  Hints of spice with overlay of white pepper follow with a finish tannic enough to keep up with Barbeque to Prime Rib.

100% Baco Noir it is aged in new French and American oak.

Best if decanted.
